Location, location, location.

The kids absolutely loved the Kids' Club pool, complete with slides and fun fountains! It was a true joy to see them splash around while we relaxed nearby. The breakfast spread was out of this world, offering everything from pastries to fresh fruits. It was simply perfect for our family!

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could improve by providing ice cream at the breakfast buffet to please the kids.

Great Family Stay with Room for Improvement

Our family enjoyed a long stay here, particularly the stunning pools that kept the kids entertained for hours. However, the breakfast needed more variety, with limited options during our time. Be mindful of noise levels, especially if your room is near the lift. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper!

Staying for four nights, the beachfront location makes access to activities effortless. The breakfast offered an impressive range of international options, catering to diverse tastes. The gym facilities are also well-equipped, contributing to an overall pleasant experience. However, the limited pool access for certain wings was a bit disappointing, and some excessive noise from nearby activities occasionally disrupted relaxation. Despite these minor inconveniences, the staff's professionalism was commendable.

The Premium Villa was perfect! Spacious with direct pool access, and the amenities were on point. Free minibar was a nice touch, and the staff by the pool were super friendly. Super clean too! Location was great, right on the beach. Loved it!

the holiday inn was in a fantastic location, right across from the beach and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. we loved the clean, modern room in the busakom wing. Having access to the adults-only pool was a treat. the mini bar was restocked daily, and the surprise afternoon snacks by the pool were delightful. the staff even arranged a birthday cake for me, making my stay extra special!

the location is perfect, just across the street from patong beach. my room had a nice balcony with a pool view. breakfast was great with live counters and fresh fruits. the pools are awesome, especially the outdoor ones with sun loungers. staff were friendly and actually helpful. overall the vibe was relaxed and welcoming.

i stayed here on my honeymoon and loved every moment! the location is spot on, just steps from the beach and vibrant shops. the staff went above and beyond, making us feel special with little surprises throughout our stay.
